第十届中国二次离子质谱会议定于2025年10月15日至18日在陕西省西安市举办，由中国计量测试学会离子与原子探针专业委员会、陕西省检验检测产业技术创新战略联盟和陕西省电子显微镜学会主办、西安交通大学承办。中国二次离子质谱会议已成功举办了九届，成为本领域学术与技术研讨，开展交流与合作的盛会，极大地促进我国二次离子质谱技术的发展与应用。本次大会热诚邀请中国大陆、港澳台地区以及海外从事二次离子质谱技术研究与应用的专家同仁相聚西安，展示二次离子质谱学领域的最新研究成果和研究进展，促进相关基础研究及应用领域的学者开展学术交流与合作，共同探讨本领域的前沿话题和未来发展趋势，进一步推动我国二次离子质谱技术与应用的发展。中国二次离子质谱会议组织委员会2025年3月21日The 10th Chinese National Conference on Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry is scheduled to be held in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province from October 15 to 18, 2025. This conference is hosted by theIon and Atom Probe Professional Committee of Chinese Society for Measurement,Shaanxi Provincial Strategic Alliance for Inspection and Testing Industrial Technology Innovation, and Shaanxi Electron Microscopy Society,and is organized by Xi'an Jiaotong University.With the success of the previous nine sessions, the conference has become an important event for academic and technical discussions, exchanges, and cooperation in this field, effectively promoting the development and application of secondary ion mass spectrometry in China. In the upcoming 10th conference,we will invite experts and scholars engaged in secondary ion mass spectrometry research and application from China's mainland, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and overseas to Xi'an to present the latest research results and progress in this field. 各相关学院（部、中心）：为推动学校大型仪器设备开放共享，提升大型仪器设备使用效益，根据《西安交通大学仪器设备开放共享管理办法》（西交实〔2021〕24号）和《西安交通大学大型仪器设备运行补助基金实施细则》（西交实〔2017〕32号）规定，现开展2025年度大型仪器设备运行补助基金项目申报工作，有关事项通知如下：一、项目申报范围申请人范围为我校45岁以下(1980年1月1日后出生)在职在岗教学科研人员。二、经费使用范围申请人使用学校大型仪器设备时可使用该基金支付一定比例的分析测试费用。使用该基金的大型仪器设备范围限定于接入学校大型仪器设备物联共享系统并开展有偿服务的单价40万元以上教学科研用设备。若申请人对拟使用的大型仪器设备已有价格优惠政策，不得使用该基金。三、项目申报流程1、各申请人填写《西安交通大学大型仪器设备运行补助基金申请表》（附件1），每名申请人申请额度不超过2万元。各单位汇总申报项目并填写《XX学院大型仪器设备运行补助基金汇总表》（附件2）。单位负责将附件1和附件2电子版以及签字盖章扫描版于3月19日18：00前发送至实验室管理处部门邮箱。2、实验室管理处组织专家评审申报材料确定具体资助额度。3、项目评审通过后，实验室管理处通过共享系统为申请人拨付资助额度，申请人按照申请使用设备的开放共享安排，自行通过共享系统预约使用设备。4、结算测试费时，在本人可使用额度范围内，系统根据实际情况按比例抵扣测试费用，校级平台大型仪器设备可支付比例为50%，院级平台大型仪器设备可支付比例为30%，剩余费用自付。四、项目评审要点1、申请人所在单位2024年大型仪器设备开放共享管理及公共平台运行绩效考核评价情况。2、申请人以前年度基金项目执行情况。3、申请人测试费欠费缴纳情况。4.2024年度申请人名下的大型仪器设备运行机时未达800小时的，不予资助。五、项目执行要求1、各单位应做好项目执行进度监督工作，2025年9月30日前，执行进度不低于60%，11月30日前执行进度不低于90%，未按进度执行的，学校将对经费进行调拨。未执行额度年底清零，并将执行情况作为下一年度项目资助的重要参考。2、申请人需在12月20日前提交电子版《西安交通大学大型仪器设备运行补助基金使用情况总结表》（附件3），未按时提交下一年度不予资助。3、各项目负责人需按照申请内容如实使用基金并接受学校审计，不得挪用。对于虚报机时，伪造使用记录等行为严肃查处。六、联系方式联系人：李玉慧 曹莹方电话：88968817邮箱：cfao@xjtu.edu.cn地址：创新港涵英楼（5号楼）9楼9061附件1：西安交通大学大型仪器设备运行补助基金申请表附件2：XX学院大型仪器设备运行补助基金汇总表附件3：西安交通大学大型仪器设备运行补助基金使用情况总结表实验室管理处2025年3月13日
