第十届中国二次离子质谱会议定于2025年10月15日至18日在陕西省西安市举办，由中国计量测试学会离子与原子探针专业委员会、陕西省检验检测产业技术创新战略联盟和陕西省电子显微镜学会主办、西安交通大学承办。中国二次离子质谱会议已成功举办了九届，成为本领域学术与技术研讨，开展交流与合作的盛会，极大地促进我国二次离子质谱技术的发展与应用。本次大会热诚邀请中国大陆、港澳台地区以及海外从事二次离子质谱技术研究与应用的专家同仁相聚西安，展示二次离子质谱学领域的最新研究成果和研究进展，促进相关基础研究及应用领域的学者开展学术交流与合作，共同探讨本领域的前沿话题和未来发展趋势，进一步推动我国二次离子质谱技术与应用的发展。中国二次离子质谱会议组织委员会2025年3月21日The 10th Chinese National Conference on Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry is scheduled to be held in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province from October 15 to 18, 2025. This conference is hosted by theIon and Atom Probe Professional Committee of Chinese Society for Measurement,Shaanxi Provincial Strategic Alliance for Inspection and Testing Industrial Technology Innovation, and Shaanxi Electron Microscopy Society,and is organized by Xi'an Jiaotong University.With the success of the previous nine sessions, the conference has become an important event for academic and technical discussions, exchanges, and cooperation in this field, effectively promoting the development and application of secondary ion mass spectrometry in China. In the upcoming 10th conference,we will invite experts and scholars engaged in secondary ion mass spectrometry research and application from China's mainland, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and overseas to Xi'an to present the latest research results and progress in this field.
